Terms of Engagement
Corbeau offers 'click to buy' as well as quotation based services. By using the 'click to buy' facility on this page you are agreeing to the following terms of engagement.
Payment
Payment is to be made on placement of order for all 'click to buy' services.
Payment on quotation based services is to be made within 14 days of invoice.
All late payments will be subject to an interest charge equivalent to 10% APR
Delivery
'click to buy' services are delivered on an 'expected turnaround' basis.
For OVERVIEW reports, expected turnaround is 24hrs excluding weekends.
For DETAILED reports, expected turnaround is 48hrs excluding weekends.
For EXTENSIVE reports, expected turnaround is 96hrs excluding weekends.
Actual delivery times can vary and can be affected by the current volume of enquiries, civil matters outside our control and availability of resources, both internal and external.
Quotation services are delivered in accordance with the quoted timescales.
Report Upgrades
If you have commissioned a lower level report for your property in the preceding 6 months, you can upgrade to a more detailed report and will receive a rebate on your new purchase of the amount of the original report.
Liability & Reliability
No liability is accepted for the outcome of decisions made on the basis of information presented by Corbeau. Information is provided in good faith on the basis of current planning policy and current market conditions.
Any advice received does not guarantee planning approval.
Advice given is in line with the principles of the Strategic Land Use Plan and may not identify all development opportunities achievable under the policies of the Island Development Plan.
