A flurry of media articles accompanied the announcement last month that the parish of St Martin are preparing a Community Plan for their parish this year. The Community Plan, once adopted, will form Supplementary Planning Guidance for developers and landowners to refer to as they begin to plan projects in the parish.
Corbeau is pleased to be appointed to help the parish through the process of putting together the Community Plan, bringing the experience gained through the St Peter's Community Plan to aid the consultation, ideas development, presentation and planning policy assessments stages and to assemble and collate the finished document prior to adoption.
